By using this site you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
The club and membership
Joining the list is free. Membership costs $5 a month, is billed by Stripe each month until you cancel, and gives you all of each week's songs at once and more votes. You can cancel any time from "Manage subscription" on your Invite page. Cancelling stops future charges.
Invites and free unlocks
A friend counts toward your unlocks once they join through your link with their own real email address and confirm it. Fake, duplicate or self-referred sign-ups don't count, and we may remove unlocks gained that way.
Voting
Each month there's a vote on which songs go on Spotify. Everyone who joins gets 1 vote and members get 3 votes. We may remove votes that look fake or abusive. The top 3 songs are added to Jenny's Spotify once the ballot closes, at Jenny's discretion and timing.
The music store
Songs and albums are digital downloads. After you pay you get private download links, each usable up to 10 times. Your purchase is for your personal listening. Please don't share, resell or upload the files anywhere else.
Custom Chorus
A Custom Chorus is a one-off piece written for you. The price, delivery time, what you receive and the refund terms are shown on the Custom Chorus page before you pay, and they apply to your order.
Tips
The Tip Jar takes one-time tips of the amount you choose. A tip is a voluntary gift to support Jenny's music, not a purchase of goods or services, so it doesn't come with membership or downloads. Tips aren't tax-deductible, and aren't refundable except where the law requires it or if we charged you by mistake.
Music and content
The songs, images and text on this site belong to Jenny Ashby or are used with permission. You're welcome to listen and share links. Please don't copy or redistribute them.
Using the site
Please don't try to break the site, get around limits (like one vote per song), or use it to send spam or harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Limits
We do our best to keep everything running, but the site is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem is limited to what you paid us.
